In Yunnan, a plate of wildflowers is an indispensable delicacy in spring, especially in Ailao Mountain with its beautiful natural scenery and different kinds of plants. Local villagers can easily pick a variety of wildflowers such as bombax ceiba, birchleaf pear flower, and gorse. After simple cooking, you can make a splendid banquet of wildflowers.
