The 2025 China-US Youth Marching Band People-to-People Exchange China Tour took place from Oct 9 to Saturday in Beijing and Shenzhen, Guangdong province, fostering greater understanding and friendship between Chinese and American youth through the power of music.
Between Oct 14 and Saturday, nearly 200 US students joined over 3,000 students from Shenzhen for a series of large-scale marching performances and exhibitions.

These events featured vibrant marching band performances, with both US and Chinese students playing together in a dynamic display of musical talent and cultural cooperation. Through their shared performances, they not only celebrated the diversity of their individual cultures but also symbolized the unifying power of music — a "cooperative rhythm" that brought the youth of both nations closer.
Beyond performances, the US students also took part in a series of cultural and educational exchanges. They visited six schools in Shenzhen, where they discussed arts and technology.
The US delegation also toured high-tech landmarks in Shenzhen, offering the students a firsthand experience of China's rapid technological innovations.
