First batch of abroad exhibits of CSA Expo arrived in Kunming

[InKunming--KunmingAt 10 am of May 29th, the first batch of exhibits from Pakistan and India, which will be presented in the 5th China-South Asia Expo, arrived at Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center. With a total of 2,633 items worth 45,205.7 US dollars, the exhibits mainly include wooden handicrafts, wooden furniture, copper crafts, stone crafts, etc., weighing 98,321.5 kilograms and being packed in 14 standard containers.

As introduced, after a sea transportation, the exhibits entered new Huangpu port in Guangzhou, and were transported directly to Kunming as the customs inspection completed. In order to serve the 5th CSA Expo well, Kunming customs will take measures according needs, and work 24/7 to implement related regulations, such as the exemption of exhibits’ tariffs and the cancellation of exhibits’ administrative examination.
